How you can verify what you’ve earned
Every affiliate gets a private dashboard link. It shows your link clicks and one row per referred order: the date, the amount the customer actually paid (after any bundle discount), your rate, your commission and its status. Rows are created automatically from Stripe’s payment confirmation — nobody types them in.
- Pending — inside the 30-day refund window
- Payable — past the window, waiting for the next payout
- Paid — sent to you, with the date and PayPal transaction reference
- Refunded — the customer was refunded, so no commission is due
Payouts are sent by PayPal (or another method we agree on) once a month for everything marked Payable.
